Sometimes it’s the simple things that make a difference – this is how to keep your Autoclave in perfect working order with ease.

For the routine maintenance of all bench top Autoclaves
An effective alkaline solution especially formulated to work in steam to remove all internal grease & grime whilst preventing formulation of harmful scale deposits.
Concentrate dilutes with water @ 2%
Each litre of cleaner concentrate makes up 50 litres of in use solution

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Drain the autoclave reservoir.
Fill the clean reservoir with 1 litre of deionised, distilled or RO water, then add 2 caps full of cleaning solution. In cases of particularly heavy soiling use double strength caps full to 1 litre of water.
Run the autoclave on a cleaning cycle. Following cycie completion drain the reservoir of all remaining cleaning solution.
Refill the reservoir with deionised, distilled or RO water and run the autoclave for one further cycle to rinse.
Refill the reservoir ready for use.

NOTES

It is recommended that the above cleaning procedure is carried out once a week.

All instruments should be removed from the chamber prior to commencing cleaning operation.

Always use deionised, distilled or RO water in accordance with the autoclave manufacturer’s instructions
