Service standards and process
Every drill service includes a thorough decontamination process carried out by a fully qualified and experienced team of service engineers.
During normal use, nail dust and general dust can be drawn into the unit, and internal running parts can create additional build-up on components. Our process ensures the drill is returned to you clean, dust-free, and ready for use.
Maintaining this service standard helps prolong the life of your unit and gives you the reassurance of receiving a clean drill back for your practice.
All service activities, including the Decontamination Service, are fully certified to the highest international standards:

Turnaround time
Please note: for this process, the drill must be sent to our partner’s facility. Our aim is to have the drill returned within 5 to 7 working days.
How to arrange a service
When sending the drill, please include:
- Your contact details (including phone number)
- Your return address (so the unit can be shipped directly back to you)
- A note describing any issues with the unit, included in the package for the engineer’s attention
