Regarding the service standards and process,
Every drill service will go through a thorough decontamination process by fully qualified and experienced team of Service engineers
While in use, location dust and Nail dust is sucked into the unit plus dust from internal running parts will cover the components within the drill.
This allows the unit to be delivered back dust and dirt free.
By having this standard of service will inevitably prolong the life of the unit plus the knowledge of receiving a clean drill back for your practice.
All service activities including the Decontamination Service are fully Certified to the highest international standards of
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001.
Please note for this process, the drill will have to be sent off to Homecares facility, The aim is to have the drill back within 5 to 7 working days.
